How can I purchase?


Making a purchase on Samaira Ghani is easy. Use the main menu bar to navigate through the site and collections. You can use the Fashion and Designer links to go straight to the relevant pages. Once you have found an item, select the item and click “Add To Cart”. Review the items in your cart by clicking the “Cart” link at the top right-hand of the page. You can remove items from your cart or adjust the quantity of each item. Click on “Checkout” to complete your order.




Do I need to setup an account?


No, you can shop at Samaira Ghani without creating an account. However, if you register with our mailing list, you will enjoy the following benefits: Track your order and review your account history Save your details so that you can shop quicker next time Manage your account details, address book and email preferences Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List Special offers




Which size do I choose?


All products are sold according to the sizing scheme used by the designer. As sizes vary between designs, therefore a lot of our designs are made to fit. Therefore once the item has been purchased, a member of our team will be in touch to ask specific questions about your sizing and measurments, so the design can fit accordingly. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?


We have made every effort to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible. However, there might be some difference between the actual colour and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screen of electronic devices vary.




Is my personal information kept private?

What do I do if the item I want is out of stock?


Sometimes items may run out of stock or become discontinued. Our website is constantly updated so please keep checking for latest, updated content.




How will I know you have received my order?


You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received. In the event that an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit or debit card for the value of the items in stock or for which you have placed an order.




What payment methods does Samaira Ghani accept and is it safe to use my card online?


We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system and your details will be securely transmitted from end-to-end via SSL encryption.




How can I choose the currency I pay in?


All our products are sold in the currency displayed accordingly (i.e. £).




How long does delivery take?


The estimated delivery time for each product can vary depending on sizing needed. The delivery time depends on whether the product is from our pret/ready-to-wear range or is made-to-order. Orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. We work to minimize the potential impact of such customs delays. Samaira Ghani cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the designer or delays that may occur during transit.

Samaira Ghani can ship anywhere in the world.




What are your shipping charges?


Shipping charges vary depending on the destination of the order. These charges will be added at checkout.




How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?


Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you a liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Does Samaira Ghani ship to multiple addresses?


We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.




Can you ship to an address other than the billing address?


When placing your order, you will be asked to enter your complete address in the “Customer Information” section. In the “Payment Method” section, you will be asked whether your billing address is the same as your shipping address or whether you would like to use a different billing address.




How can I track my order?


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Once in receipt of this tracking number, you can check the status of your order.




Will I be refunded the full value of my order?


Your refund will be issued to the original credit or debit card used to place the order. Shipping costs and taxes/duties (if any) are not refunded unless your items were damaged when received. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.




Can I return an item I have purchased?


You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the items you have purchased. However each vendor has a different return and exchange policy which is listed on each article. Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.




Do you offer discounts to Samaira Ghani customers?


From time to time, we run promotions on our website. You will get to know about them on our home page, mailing list or on Instagram.




Do you offer free shipping?


From time to time, Samaira Ghani runs free shipping promotions. These will be applied to your order at checkout.
